When you feel bad , just read this...
Have you ever felt a mix between sadness and anger? Sometimes it happens to me. I use to think It's a transition between complain and step towards change those things that make you feel bad.
The problem arises when you don't know how to face this sensation, It comes at this short moment in which everything is dark and you just want to cry and let your life pass by with no sense.
Well, dear friend, waste your time crying is not the solution, sometimes it helps you to let off steam but, only crying, you won't change those things you don't like in your life.
Don't complain , Don't give up. Those things are typical of people that are affraid of themselves , people that don't know themselves.
The real strenght lies in the actions. You should do everything that is necessary to feel better: put your ideas in order and regard some different perspectives. These actions will help you realize that any problem you have is not so important to make you feel bad.
Get up, wash your face and go on. Learn about yourself, your limits and break them.
Just remember something: if you know yourself better than nobody does, you'll get the victory in any battle.
You are worth as much as you value yourself.

You have all the reason, Gabriela. If we take here with do not do something, waiting for others to resolve our problems, we will never advenced in the life. Some people have more difficulties than others to admit or exceed the problem(for example, I sometimes go down for stupid things because I think that have not solution).
We must be stronger in that psicological aspect and try with all our force to succes our diary's problems ;)
I just read it for the fourth time, and I must admit, I can't choose between the spanish entry and this one. They are both beautiful Japonshita =D
